VTS & KYA: Verified Trust Stack and Know Your Agent
By Admin UserNovember 30, 20252 min read

KYA (Know Your Agent)
Identity and permissioning for autonomous software agents (e.g., bots that dispatch batteries or thermostats). In the series, KYA is the way we bind an agent to a specific device or portfolio so that its actions can be trusted, audited, and limited.
VTS (Verified Trust Stack)
The layered system of logs, attestations, and tokens that lets third parties (regulators, insurers, hyperscalers) trust that a grid action or financial action really happened. On the grid side, VTS is built from dispatch and curtailment logs; on the fintech side, from transaction logs and payment receipts.
Key Components
- Plain-language definitions of KYA and VTS
- How grid VTS (PoC, dispatch logs) mirrors fintech VTS (transaction logs, stablecoins)
